Water makes up of about 80% of human body composition and plays a vital role in the overall well-being and as such it is important to constantly replenish the body’s water reservoir. The practice of water therapy serves as toxin cleansing, keep diseases in check amongst other benefits.

Water therapy is a culture of drinking at least one and half liters of water as soon as one wakes up from bed in the morning before brushing. This helps to keep fit, cleanse toxins, cures constipation, promotes weight lost, prevent dehydration etc
