How to curb the spread of Coronavirus- COVID-19

It is no longer news that the global pandemic is spreading as fast and at an unbelievable rate. So many opinions going round and round. There is no known vaccine or cure for now but we have been advised to take measures in preventing the spread as much as we can.

I will mention quickly the steps to adopt to stop the spread of Coronavirus;

  • ·         Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.
  • ·         Practice social distancing.
  • ·         Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
  • ·         Practice respiratory hygiene.
  • ·         Seek medical assistance if you have difficulty in breathing, cough or feel feverish.
  • ·         Stay at home if you can and ensure the safety of your household
  • ·         Be up to date and stay informed on events around the World
